"Unweit der Autobahn, sehr ruhig und malerisch im Lauter-Tal gelegen. Super Anbindung an Bahn und Autobahn. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle Zimmer, hoher Wohlfühlfaktor. Und dann noch dieses Gasthaus mit vorzüglicher fränkischer Küche. Eigentlich geht´s nicht besser. Dankeschön, bis bald."

"Wir waren zum ersten Mal hier, aber sicher nicht das letzte Mal! Große Speisekarte für jeden etwas dabei. Typische, fränkische Küche mit ordentlichen Portionen. Bier zum Teil aus der eigenen Brauerei. Sehr freundliche und flinke Bedienungen machen es perfekt. Weiter so, gerne wieder. TOP!!!"

"Ich aß hier auf Empfehlung von Freunden, die in der Region aufgewachsen sind Schweineschäufele und folgte dem Rat dazu noch den Wirsing zu bestellen. Meine Frau aß die Schweinerippla... Sie war ebenso begeistert wie ich. Das Hauseigene Bier schmeckt für mich wild würzig und nicht so unangenehm herb, wie viee Biere aus dem Norden. Ich mag es. Wir machten hier Rast auf dem Weg von Dresden in den Odenwald. Es war ziemlich die Mitte, und eine sehr gute Empfehlung! Achtung! Nicht Gasthof Dinkel mit Gaststätte Dinkel verwechseln. Die gibt es hier in der Nähe wohl auch noch. Empfohlen und das auf jeden Fall zu Recht wurde mir eben dieser Gasthof! Wirsing müßt ihr echt mal zum Fleisch probieren! ;0) da braucht ich kein Senf. Es war einfach schmackhaft."

"Wir waren zum Mittagessen mit einer Gruppe dort und hatten alle unterschiedliche Gerichte. Jedes einzelne Essen war köstlich und auch die Bedienung war sehr nett. Außerdem mussten wir auf unser Essen nicht lange warten. Wir kommen gern wieder."

"Ein authentischer Brauereigasthof mit guter fränkischer Küche, freundlichem Service und einer tollen Lage am Staffelberg. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Preise etwas zu hoch. 4,20 Euro für einen Beilagensalat, oder auch 5,50 Euro für Klos mit Soß z.B. Ansonsten insgesamt empfehlenswert."
